Returns & Exchanges

We offer a no questions asked return and exchange policy within 14 days of receipt.

In all cases, please contact us here or at mymamissingapore@gmail.com to initiate the process and provide your receipt as proof of purchase.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with tags. Please package the items securely to prevent damage during shipping.

We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and recommend you return the items by Registered Post. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Once we have received your return in as new condition, you can exchange it for another item of equal or higher value.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
